The best information on Boldgett Bros. is in the
Catalog "The Boston Signal Clock." "Blodgett Bros. &Co." reprinted by David Rooney and in which David
has an excellent history of this company. Blodgett Clock # 202, seen here, was put in use in the Somerville, Mass. high school
in 1895 and was replaced by a New Blodgett Clock with more circuits in 1905. It is believed that it was taken back into the
Blodgett Bros. Company and then resold to the Abraham Lincoln High School, Council Bluffs, Iowa where it was in service into
the 1950's when it was removed. These are beautiful clocks that work today as well as they did when new. The last two pictures
show a Blodgett slave clock and the markings on the back of its movement. If you have any information on The Blodgett Brothers
Co., please email me; Rhthomes@aol.com Thanks For additional information on Blodgett see; http://clockhistory.com/setclocks/blodgett/ You wil find my Blodgett Serial # 202
